All of the bread at The Basic Place is naturally leavened and use local, organic flour. In addition, in all the products, we strive for organic and local ingredients. This is because of our deep belief in the power of local economies and the health of our lands. We are true believers that when we reinvest in our local communities the impact will be felt by all in that community.
